1. Professional: Bargain and maintain a fair and strong contract including health care benefits.

- Organize to support the bargaining team in negotiations.
- Organize to support the bargaining team in negotiations.
- Continue involvement with Public Sector Health Benefit task force.
- Continue investigation of joining CAL-PERS health care program.
- Establish authentic LCAP consultation and bargain the impact and changes.
- Empower members to maintain the contract and advocate for themselves, other members, and the association.
- Establish protocols for member concerns including concern forms, grievance procedures, and effective two-way communication.

- Endorse and support a slate of School Board candidates.
- Support and pass Prop 55.
- Designate active members to participate in parent organizations, foundations, site councils, and athletic clubs at each site.
- Maintain a robust presence on district committees .
- Share detailed School Board agenda analyses with the School Board and community.
- Begin site mapping for organizing opportunities.
- Maintain and improve communication through social media and 21st century technology.
3. Caring: Seek equity for all students, educators, and sites.
- Maintain a minimum of two reps per sites (still one vote per twenty members or fraction thereof).
- Reach out and support new members with training and an “SRTA Buddy” system.
- SPSA/Site Council training in the fall for all members on this committee.
- Continue supporting CTA Unconscious Bias training and Museum of Tolerance training.
